What has the war on drugs gained us? The largest prison population per capita in the world and a societal stigma that criminalizes the remedies needed by our neighbors to relieve their ailments. It is time to admit we were wrong. Our job now is to legalize marijuana, vacate & expunge past marijuana convictions, and ensure the revenue from a legal cannabis market are reinvested in the communities hit hardest by the War on Drugs
